odin Posted December 15, 2015 Posted December 15, 2015 Well done Jedd, Luke does magic with chalk it seems. I felt pretty stupid after trying this on Saturday, as it was possible for me to pinch better w/ the 25kg plates than I thought I would, considering the temperature was too warm for my liking for anything friction-related. Makes me think of all the near-misses I've had that might have been lifts with this knowledge. Thanks for the video and thanks to Luke for demonstrating how he chalks plates at Gripmas; I can't do it like him yet and make the plates feel close to ideal, but will keep experimenting. 1 Quote Spoiler Bob Sundin 5'11 and 162 lbs. https://m.youtube.com/channel/UC7AZdUkf0aEDB3ET4UhU3Bg/videos

Nah, not really - but I do remember some of the things guys were doing as pretty out there. 3 Quote When people used to ask him how it was he became so incredibly strong, it was always the same, "strengthen your mind, the rest will follow".
