I had seen people row the inch, but more often than not they set it down between reps, meaning they do several consecutive singles... this is much easier, as you can lower it kindof "dropping" it so you don't tax yourself on the negative portion so much, plus a couple of seconds of rest between reps... but you, you held that thing all along!
