freeondie Posted October 27, 2015 Author Posted October 27, 2015 (edited) Incredible . . . how many times a week do you train grippers? Do you still do bending? I train one or two times a week. According to the mood and state of health. I'm not fond of bending. However, I had a period of about a month of training bending. Then I got sick hand and I threw it Edited October 27, 2015 by freeondie 1 Quote my youtube channel
