Awesome close, Yori! I knew you'd get it. What programming are you using currently?

I respond well to volume, both in time under tension and frequency.

My scheme right now looks like:

1. Warm up

2. Heavy singles

3. Volume 1

4. Volume 2

I chase cns fatigue with step 2, muscular fatigue with step 3, and structural fatigue (skin, tendon, technique fatigue) with step 4.

I do this twice a week or so, when I feel fresh.

Seems to work as I'm gaining 10-15 lbs a year on rgc closes every year consistently.
