silverbackgrip
Well, I'm gonna do exactly what my shirt says. I'll return when I get a couple Ironmind certs under my belt because to be honest, even if I meet Napalm, it wont validate any of the claims I made/filmed when I was at my strongest. I'm gonna keep to myself until that glorious day I return at full strength, ready to lay down the law. Brett H
I hope I am wrong but this sounds like exactly what I had originally expected; backing out of the meeting with Jedd. Edited April 29, 2015 by Brett H
bencrush
So, does this mean no meet up with Jedd? You're right though. Meeting up with Jedd and closing a #3 is not going to convince me that you were smashing the GHP9. But if you really did it - you have the knowledge that you did it. What more do you need? Do you need validation from guys that you will most likely never meet on the Gripboard? A lot of people enjoy your YouTube videos. And as you pointed out, you could continue getting tons of views just closing tiny to normal grippers. The general viewing public doesn't have any idea (or care) about the difference between a #3 and a #4. So your video views probably won't go up even if you could close the #4. If you are the strongest, let your actions speak louder than you. Which is going to be hard. Because you seem very loud, cocky, and arrogant. Although less so this time around than when you first sprang on the scene a few years ago. I estimate you will have to certify CCS on the #4 with both hands to match your bluster. Notice I'm not saying you will never do that. You strike me as a guy who probably is very strong. So why you feel the need to put on a WWE-style act is beyond me.
Jared Goguen
I'm interested in seeing these videos in question.
Justin Matney
They are long gone. I remember a COC 3.5 ccs video, and a GHP9 deep set video. They were taken down shortly after they appeared.
Mike Sharkey
I wasn't here the first time around so I really can't say too much. I definitely enjoy your videos though. Don't see the harm in meeting with Jedd and climbing the MM ladder.
Alawadhi
I hope I am wrong but this sounds like exactly what I had originally expected; backing out of the meeting with Jedd.I thought this too. It was very funny to read some people asked Jedd to get his Inch Dumbbell so he can pick it. No man lifting this monster is NOT easy at all. I have seen bigger people attempt my Inch with no luck. Okay my Inch is harder than average but still many bigger than him didn't lift my 68kg Inch. So it's not easy thing a Inch lift.If he was true with his 138 tns #3 close then he would meet Jedd. I mean what will he loose? Instead he will learn a lot from him. And even if he did meet Jedd no way I'll believe his old closes of Ghp9 and tns 3.5 Dude, just meet up with Jedd and let people at least trust you more here. All this fuss and you wanted MMG1 cert? No you won't get it like this even if you became a CoC one day.
CANCRUSHER
I dont even understand why you are loosing your time trolling a grip forum,i mean what do you get out all this? bah bad genes are being transmitted nowadays.

Rick Walker
I think maybe all of us at one point or another went through that "young and dumb" phase where we felt invincible and made outlandish claims. Most of us did it in our 20s. Now that we are older and wiser we realize that sometimes life has a way of kicking you in the nuts, so its best to shut your trap and just keep plugging away. If you are training for the admiration of others you are never going to get there. Do some IM certs, or better yet, compete in a grip contest. And at your size if you arent squatting and deadlifting in the upper 600s you need to find a decent gym and focus on that. It will help bring up your grip strength as well.
Chuck Hench
Dude, srsly? What's with all the drama? Be humble and partake in the community. I came over here from the IM forum despite my differences with people here that have against the man in your poster on the wall. It isn't about proof it is about being in the community and growing together. We all have the same goals, self improvement. If we get a few certifications or break some records cool but don't put yourself in that or nothing category.
EJ Livesey
My question is why does everyone care so much. And furthermore why is the OP arrogant enough to expect everyone to care?

climber511
There's a reason why the only results I care about are Competition Results where there are more than a few competitors. It's hard to doctor 20 witnesses. Your mileage may vary.

bwwm
I had the same thought the last time he pulled this stunt. The 6' 3", 290 thing was the first clue he was BS'ing. In the vids he posted last time, he was nowhere near being that beefy.
