Cannon
I just completed roughly 5 Phases of RRBT hoping to build back up a base for grippers and get used to "doing work" again. This run through RRBT worked GREAT. When I started back on March 3rd, my gripper max was probably hovering around 130 and closing grippers didn't feel very good. Right now I can close 140-ish grippers, no chalk, no warm-up, no sweat. Properly warmed up and chalked my current max is back up to about 148-150! That is GREAT progress and recall on strength that I had lost. As always, excellent program! http://www.cyberpump.com/rrbt/
GripScrub
I'll second that, i started on march 10 with very little gripper training beforehand (50lb-rgc gripper if that, couldnt close a 75lb-rgc). Im on day 8 of phase 5 and yesterday during my rest day i decided to try to close my left hand coc #2 103 rgc closed it with right hand and almost had it with my left hand ( which is still significantly fatigued). Decided to give my GHP 5 110 rgc and got it shut with my right (BARELY) but it felt great im still on cloud 9 haha. Next ive got a coc #2.5-126 rgc and a coc #3-142 rgc waiting :P Thanks RRBT! ( Also Thanks CPW for all the great grip stuff and feeding my gripper collection) Edited April 28, 2015 by GripScrub

PeterSweden
I remember doing the RRBT last year. It was painful but ut worked. I peaked out at around 161 rgc. Started at around 140.
Sam Radford
Great reviews and progress. I am currently on phase 5 and could only rep the #2 a few times . . . now I can TNS no problem. Also i was maybe 5mm from closing the #2.5 and now can close for reps from a parallel set. It totally shocks your hands and forearms. I developed calluses on my pinky and middle finger but now the skin is hard and feels fine. I'd totally recommended doing it, even if its just once. JaredWith1R
This is starting to make me think I should invest in this program. Might get me past MM0, clear on to MM1.

Might get me past MM0, clear on to MM1. go for it, what have you got to lose? I'm only just onto phase 2 and already I feel loads better on a program working towards a goal, compared to just squeezing random grippers from time to time hoping to get somewhere. greasygorrilla
The program works. Tests your metal for dealing with soreness and joint pain.
Bill Piche
Sales of RRBT support the board. I'll throw in my program KTA Blob II for free as well (http://www.cyberpump.com/ktablob/)

I might have to pull the trigger on RBBT, now. The only problem I have is that you can only use it on one PC, and I regularly work on up to 3 different computers and various Android devices. I suppose this is a security feature to protect sharing.
