Could some one please tell what formula to use to get the poundage? For example if it says 188.00 lbs how far back would the lifters hand be from the head? JaredWith1R Posted March 27, 2015 Share Posted March 27, 2015 Really, it should say 188.0 in-lb, since they're calculating a Torque (or Moment, if you'd like). So theoretically, an 8lb @18in (totaling 144 in-lb) would be the same as a 6lb @24in. Or a 24lb @6in, or a 144lb at 1in! 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
