Second time doing this workout

First one I did was 42 blob tosses in 5 minutes ,

This time I managed to get 36 x 30 lb blob

Giving me 1,080 points.

This lift was explained by Andrew Pantke and will be a part of the backyard 2015 challenge

Great way to develop some blob crushing thumb strength

Post your Prs here

Here's my lift , need to get stronger on this event !

30 67 2010

might get a wild hair and try this.. good for building general explosive hand strength

Worked the thumbs big time , worth giving this a try when all rested up

That's a solid start right there, I'll have to pickup a lighter blob eventually to get more reps in

I tried to toss my blob50 this weekend. My score was 0

Ha I would try the blob 50 but it hasn't been deadlifted past knee height for a while

That would be one impressive transfer though if it happens !

About 5 years ago I hurt my left thumb knuckle doing this. It still hasn't healed. Have fun but be careful.
