acorn
Testing this today at the end of a quite sizable workout. This is with the new device I have been working on, obviously not an IM Hub. - Aaron

Jared Goguen
Nice! I have been thinking about making a similar hub device but mine would be a little tiny loading pin that you could use an IM hub with. No carabiner, it would be attached directly to the top of the pin.
acorn
Nice! I have been thinking about making a similar hub device but mine would be a little tiny loading pin that you could use an IM hub with. No carabiner, it would be attached directly to the top of the pin. Man I personally love the direct mount to the plate or plate stack so much more. Feels like I'm hubbing an actual plate which I've always preferred. I may never use my IM hub again. I will bring at least one hub to the Cactus grip comp to play with. A few to sell as well if I get a chance to finish before the comp. - Aaron Edited March 11, 2015 by acorn

acorn
Interesting concept. Thanks, it will also hard mount to the top of one of my comp pins that we use for swap top different size vbar's in the recent Cactus Grip comps. Puts it higher more like the IM style if that is what someone wanted so that it would not have to be pulled as far. I personally prefer the on the ground just like a plate hub lift more even though it has to be pulled further to lockout. - Aaron
Tom Scibelli
Aaron could you make a video showing how your hub device works? It looks awesome!
acorn
I think I have some closer up pics of the prototype on my phone. That would be self explanatory I think. The final version will be slightly different but same general idea and gripping area dimensions. Let me see if I can get those attached. - Aaron
