I've got two International 45s that I use that are awesome for the hub lift. Deep dish, nice diameter and great texture. I found them at a local Play It Again

(Not my pic but the same plates)

Those look nice , the hamptons I have , have 4 divider lines

Coming from the center , the internationals have 3

Looks like I'll need to find some internationals for my Hub training

Thanks

I have an old Schisler 45 plate with a deep dish. Pretty rare plate. Great texture.

I find BEN plates the best for Hubbing your first 45lber. There's a video of David Horne and friends having a Hub lifting party and it is a BEN plate they are using. International would be a close 2nd. For some reason my Billards seem much harder.

So far the only 45s I've located were the Dan Lurie 45

It's hard to tell how good that hub would be from the pictures

Looks allright .. Wonder if anyone ever lifted these brand plates before ?

Thanks , I'll be on the lookout for those brands as well , lots of yard sales will be out soon with the spring weather

Along with play it again sports , hopefully I'll find some old deep dish plates
