Deadlift: 205 x 3

Squat: 135 for 5 sets of 10.

Bench press: paused on chest, 100.

Next meet is deadlift only in late April. Weight is 94 lbs. :grin:

Off the charts for his age and size. Rick, does Casey ever dabble in any sort of grip training?

Not really. We do some stuff to assist his grip in football like using the Fatgripz and timed holds with my 75 pound axle bar, but outside of that nothing.

He is getting stronger on a weekly basis despite battling his damn diabetes. We do a 3 week cycle of hybrid workouts, hypertrophy, and strength.

The weight is impressive for his size and age and his form is also impressive. He has clearly been instructed well on how to deadlift.
