Pullups With The Manus/fatgripz

Did a max rep set after a few weighted pullups with the MANUS grip. Good way to train your thickbar if/when you're having lower back issues. Did 17 before my grip/lats gave out. Think I might have 20+ in me if I do it fresh :chris:

I do pull-ups from time to time with fat gripz, quite the workout.

Thank you guys! I get unusually sore the next day after having done a few sets of pullups with these.

Thank you! But not as impressive as what I saw happen in that same room the day before when a 69kg junior lifter clean and jerk 105kg... a girl BTW.
