JHenze646 Posted January 15, 2015 Posted January 15, 2015 You have to be real close to a 45 hub lift. I dont lift that much on the IM hub. Congrats. Thanks man, yeah I feel like I'm pretty close. I can get my 45lb plates like 3/4th of the way to lock out before they slip. I'm hoping ill it on film in next two or three weeks. Nice man. You been working holds? Sure have! 1 Quote My YouTube channel - grip, and shop projects.
JHenze646 Posted January 16, 2015 Posted January 16, 2015 I can get my 45lb plates like 3/4th of the way to lock out before they slipIf you are getting it that far, it should be a done deal. Are you squatting down sumo-like to pick it up or a straight leg deadlift? The only way to lose it that high is if you are moving it away from your body. The hardest part of the lift, for me at least, is breaking inertia off floor. Keep killing it. I'm kind of standing over it but then I need to move it out in front of my body to get a full lockout and thats when I lose it. Quote My YouTube channel - grip, and shop projects.

Frank Pizzo Posted January 16, 2015 Posted January 16, 2015 Jared, that didn't even look like your max. It moved so quickly and fluidly, and was pulled so high I refuse to believe that you cant lift more man! Great job on your hub training, its paying off! Quote "Gold medals aren't really made of gold. I want my name on the 45lb plate hub lists soooo bad! I guess I'm trying extra hard to pull high as I can so there is no question as to the lock out and it felt like 90% maybe 95% of my max right now. 1 Quote My YouTube channel - grip, and shop projects.
