Worked up to a 200kg four finger Deadlift

Thursday 8th January

Worked on some some double overhand axle deadlifts, got up to 160kg.

Friday 9th January

Did some pick ups with the 63kg Thomas Inch replica, and a 58kg thick handle dumbbell. Also hung off my pull up bar while holding the 63kg Inch replica in my hand.

Did a progressive pull type workout on my 2.6 inch bar today. Workout looked like this:

50kg one hand snatch

60kg clean one hand clean

85kg two hands thumbless clean

90kg two hands clean with thumbs

115kg no thumbs deadlift

Two hands pinch grip worked upto 80kg, didnt lock out fully.

Moved onto dumbell cleans, got 3 singles with the 63kg Inch replica

Balanced 5kg plates on either side of the 63kg Inch replica, making it 73kg. 3 sets of single deadlifts.
