14# Sledge Choke

So following my pickaxe lift I re-tried the 14# sledge choke lift from the end of the handle but forgot to measure the length of the handle so I cannot submit it for the Feat Judging. Significantly harder than the pickaxe lift on the wrist as the overall weight is significantly higher and from the end of the handle versus a measured position. Thanks again for watching.

So far I can't do this with a 6# sledge at 18" down the handle, so this is mind blowing! Congrats.

What's a good sledge to get to start with Lucas? 8? 10? And I mean for doing this stuff and other sledge feats.

I would get a 8# and a 12# to be honest because with some lifts the 8# would be too light and others the 12# too heavy. If you plan on face levering 8# may be a little too light but enough for finger walks, sledge choke, and other various sledge lifts.
