PeterSweden Posted November 29, 2014 Posted November 29, 2014 People do NOT know what it takes to do that! I tried it tonight after going hard on blockweights and timing it wasnt even interesting. Made it 4,5 full ways righty and 3,5 lefty. No rest, just changing hands. Then my thumbs were on fire and almost unable to even move. 1 Quote Grip goals for 2016 - we'll see how many of these I can cross off; Grippers; Cert GHP7, CCS 140, 146, 153 and 157lbs CoC3, MMS and 20mmBS 180lbs CoC3,5.
