Jones1874
http://www.gripboard.com/index.php?app=galleryℑ=4071 This is probably the best wrist roller ive seen. looks like it runs super smooth with practically zero traction. Does anyone know what i need for the center? Looks like some sort of spool. also, what type of strap would i need, and how do i get it to stay fixed to the spool? ive already bought the stainless steel pipe and the pillow block bearings, just need to find out where to get the parts i mentioned. if anyone can tell me id much appreciate it. Alex.

Alex. You might look at this link: http://www.mcmaster.com/#cinching-strap-components/=t61oc9 I have a setup with the pillow block bearings and a rope with a hose clamp to avoid the bump, which is smooth and works well. Jones1874
thanks for the link. i think i might just do it your way to save the hassle. it will probably run just as smooth and it will take 2 seconds to put together.
rico300zx
To me it looks like washers welded on, giving the appearance of a spool.
