Ivan Beritashvili Posted May 20, 2014 Posted May 20, 2014 One of the most painful grip exercises I have ever done.Thin 5/8" handle digs into fingers, little 6'' inner diameter smashes fingers into each other - these all makes this a true torture.Began my way to strapless 202 kilos [445 lbs] lift. kodyburns Posted May 23, 2014 Posted May 23, 2014 Those rings are no joke Ivan ! I lifted a set Adam Glass had in his Grip Decathlon once. At that weight they gotta feel like they could rip your fingers off ! Gotta love it ! Quote
EJ Livesey Posted May 24, 2014 Posted May 24, 2014 This is such a cool lift. I approve, lol. So is it safe to say your hand is healing as it should? As far as I know this copy of little Dinnie stone ring, maybe a bit larger (5.5" vs 6"). Awesome mental exercise. This is such a cool lift. I approve, lol. So is it safe to say your hand is healing as it should? Thank you Eddie!! I won't dare to check this. I avoid all thumb work in my (right hand) grip workouts: no pinching, no thick bars, no grippers, no V-bars. I left in my routines only those moves, where the weight hangs on four fingers - ring lifts, thumbless lifts, eagle loops.
