A man after my own heart when it comes to training, daily is best, just like the oldtimers.

The foot looks as slick as my new blob,do you call it the foot cause its a foot long.I take it that the foot is welded,no rately plates,if so this will make it a little like a globe d/bell.

Looks like you think a lot of wrist and thumb are the key to most grip feats,as well as a healthy dose of the Man Upstairs watching over ye :rock

I am blessed that for sure. God is Good! It is a foot long and it is a joke on the Inch. I think of stupid things sometimes. It's the kid in me. I am like Peter Pan ain't growed up yet. :rolleyes I went and tried to find some more steel today to make another one bigger maybe around 180# to 200# with the same size handle. That will be fun to play with!!! :unsure BIG GOALS, ALWAYS BIG GOALS!!!!

Good job Rick!!!

I like the idea of 3 rep sets on the wrist plate curl. I've been doing one heavy set only, then dropping the weight back to 25lbs and repping out after. My 35lb plate curl is starting to look better with much improved form, but anytime I try to add weight to this it gets sloppy in a hurry. If anyone is training the plate curl Rick's post proves the wrist plate curl is a necessity in your training!
