Assorted medley of thick dumbbells (75lb 2.5" non-fixed bell; 78lb 3" fixed handle bell; 98lb 2.375" fixed handle bell) Ran through some snatches then hand to hand passes non-stop to condition the wrists and fingers

Jon, nice work, very strong w/ excellent endurance! You are a lot smarter than i am-started doing toss & catch as a finisher w/ the 135 lb, junior Inch DB, which has worked out ok but was probably high risk in retrospect, as i tend to catch it w/ wrists in a slightly cupped position. Tried it w/ the 146 lb. Gracie DB on Garage Night 2014 and was able to do a couple transfers, but the long handle (5.5") made it harder and every knuckle on my hand popped on the initial attempt. So, i think what you are doing is a very smart way to condition your hands and good adjunctive dynamic (plyometric?) work for the Inch.

Thanks guys, David I do believe they are an excellent supplement to a hand strength routine. They are great for conditioning and toughening the tissue as well as making the grip more explosive. Cleans and snatches are my favorite though but rep work with the tossing can help me increase mid range endurance strength and safely increase top end over time. Bob, transferring the Gracie is extremely impressive, over time I should be slowly pushing myself into the low 100s on this trainer. The key will be ten rep minimum so it remains focused on conditioning.
