Im eyeballin' a coc3 i n the mid 140 range for TNS and CCS training.

And my wife has started traning some grip again and she enjoys it.

She trains grippers after legs and when she has back/bic she does rows and deads with an axle.

She can rep the Trainer so Im also eyeballin' coc .5 and 1 for her.

When Mr Cannon has a coc3 in that range I'll place an order.

I've also thought about IMTUGs.

Anyone have any experience with these?

Are they useful and how do you use em?

Dang, as I was wrighting this I saw that Cannon doesnt sell them :O

Anyways, questions remains on the IMTUGs.

Should I or shouldnt I buy em?

I have some experience with them.

They are extremely useful and hold down papers quite effectively.

However, if you live in an area that is only occasionally windy, you could probably make do with a brick.

In other words, they are useless for building strength in the gripper department?

When I started grip training, they helped me move past a sticking point. I do distinctly remember a stronger feeling in my pinky and ring fingers when I used them.

As another member has explained to me, they really "bring your power at the close to 11"

Couldn't you just use a lighter gripper upside down to isolate those fingers?

Yes, but the imtugs have a less aggressive knurling on them that's very pleasant to work out with if it's not a max day. I like these grippers. I just think they should be half the price of a regular captain of crush.

Mike: In short, yes. But a few differences.

The IMTUGs have a larger diameter, making it much easier to work with. They also have rounded edges that are nicer to the skin on your other fingers.

They are a very specialized tool, fit for the job.

Anthony: I am not sure either if they're worth the price. But if they went on sale for half off, I would definitely buy a set. :-)
