Changing up my lifting habits and trying to get more volume at a lighter weight instead of going for max all the time..

Thanks Sharky for trying to continuously pound that fact in my head.

Josh ,your 20 rep rows with the inch trainer also got me thinking.

I think I put alittle more attention to this lift is all..
