Managed 320 DU.. not too much strain on the biceps... also didn't realize this was Aaron's idea, great on you, David, for starting this thread!

Yessir intense... Ill be training this lift from time to time now.. I can see where the biceps are at risk though. Got to make sure those arms are straight
