Stephen Ruby
I would do it on your leg day for the added CNS benefits from squats. I would take it slow since your new with grippers and then you can build into more volume and days working them.
Norden
Just like stephen says it's great to do them in between squat sets. I would personally do them another time in the week as well, weekends perhaps. Simply to get used to set and to close a gripper. The technique etc. Watch this video over and over, and practice. It's essential to get really strong on grippers. I'm sure at least 90% of the guys on this board would agree with that. Good luck. Josh O'Dell
I ordered the 2 and closed it every single day for about a month before i stumbled across the Gripboard, not that you should train that often im just sayin dont under train either. It does work best superseted along with other workouts just warm up first. Also get some rubberbands and work the exstensor muscles. And watch grippers Are ADDICTING! Bending is more addicting to me;) just take your time make sure you heal good between Workouts thats also key..goodluck and welcome

1stCoC
Really well done video. That will help so many! Thanks for the time and effort. I have only one question... I try to reason through which spring straight ( dogleg) or bent will yield easier and what is the reasoning mechanical or just plain logic that there is one way better than another to face the spring?. I have feelings and questions on what to do but really would appreciate more input from experts.
