50 Lb Hex Block Weight Lift

Chez

Recommended Posts

This hex block has been sitting in my garage mocking me for a long time now. Super happy to finally lift it! Its very wide with super steep slopes so its much harder than the 50 lb blobs I have lifted.

3/4 of way up at :54 right hand and full lift left hand at 3:45!

Nice lift, Chez. Its good to see you up on your feet. I am hoping for a full recovery for you.

It funny how the shape makes the difference with Block/Blob weights. Yorks "feel" easier to me.

Keep knocking out the PR's and keep posting the videos. The energy in these are infectious.

Did you get the slope measurement of it? We have the ranking list for this involving the slope and hand measurement.

Thanks guys. My block weight strength is really taking off right now. I lifted a 50 lb Blob with the handle still attached today. I missed this one a couple weeks back:

Nope, I totally forgot to measure the slope. I'll do it again and get that on film in the future.
