JoshW Posted December 30, 2013 Share Posted December 30, 2013 Managed to do 10 pull ups with fat gripz extreme first time I tried, think this is a good base for thickbar! It doesn't fit well on the handles of the dumbells or pull up bars making it atleast 3"..will aim for 20 within a month Will post a video soon, wonder what other people can do with these mutha(badwordfilter)ing handles! Anthony C. Posted December 30, 2013 Share Posted December 30, 2013 I hear you, my hands are small and I work with the regular blue fat grips. Word of caution...in the beginning go easy on them.
