barbe705 Posted December 6, 2013 Share Posted December 6, 2013 easy lift. try to take the slack out of your arms and hands a bit more before starting. once they start rotating/sliding they tend to keep moving and the axle rolls right out. you want to keep a hard wrist not an over cocked wrist. that would be good for a couple extra pounds.
