Stephen Ruby
Right on Aaron and the "Whoaaa" was doubly adorable. I had the same reaction she did. Great lift
David Mitti
Strong Pinching Aaron! That's awesome your little girl was there to cheer you on! Priceless
acorn
Whats even better is she insists on chalking up good when in the training room. Prolly can't tell from the vid but here hands were well chalked. She's only 3 right now so I can't hardly wait till she's a little older and can join me. - Aaron

Cannon
Basically you lifted an extra 30 pounds Good lift!
acorn
Thanks guys, I also tried it with a pipe thru the middle and an extra 10kg plate on each side but that was no dice. Guess that's a good goal once I get the pinch strength back up.
odin
Huge lift Aaron-it deserves its own category as that's way harder than 3x45! And I read somewhere that you haven't trained for several months? "once I get the pinch strength back up" lol! Looks like you'll be certing on the 4x10 kg 1HDL when you have some matching plates available.
1stCoC
That was real nice work! The Eleiko iron is a dead flat and pretty slick plate in general so that was a solid feat! Wish you lived closer so you could manhandle the 3 Deep dish Yorks!

They are super slick and would need to get some chalk to stick to pull it off. It's on my list now. - Aaron That was real nice work! Hope I can make it out that way one of these days for a visit. - Aaron

monstagripp
Great lift Aaron, Have you tried to pinch 2 of those 25kg Eleiko plates in one hand? That would be the greatest pinch feat of all time.
acorn
Great lift Aaron, Have you tried to pinch 2 of those 25kg Eleiko plates in one hand? That would be the greatest pinch feat of all time. Thanks, I have but not quite there yet. Paint on these is still new and really slick. I've done about 50Kg previously when I was training the lift a few years back using 2x 20kg plates with an additional 10kg magnet-ed on. Those take chalk well though and are about 2 5/8" thick vs the 2" thick of the Eleiko's. So not at all the same lift. - Aaron

Hope you get the lift soon Aaron. Parvez
Wade Gillingham
I didn't know there was a list for this. From about a year ago.
