ChimpGrip

Recommended Posts

I was thinking about buying a small ship chain (that still has mammoth sized links compared to

Your typical gym chain) for pulling or dragging.

Would this be to any kind of benefit to me (would it help my grip, endurance, strength, etc.)???

The kind of chain you're talking about is stud link. Find some on ebay maybe?

Now I'm tempted to stop by there the next time I'm in San Diego. Could make for an interesting medley item if I find something there for grip.

I shopped around for a long time for anchor chain and ended up finding some at a local shipyard - the guy gave me eight individual anchor shackles weighing in at 115lbs ea. Shop around.
