Cannon
Wow, great pinch strength! Are you like 5'2"? You are thicker than I would have guessed for that body weight.

Electron
Someone call the doctor BECAUSE THAT WAS SICK! How have you been training for this? I've been doing pinch like this: 1. Warm up with grippers or axle 2. 3 max attempts on goal. I do his on a postal scale (seen to the right of me in video) and record how close to a full lift I am. 3. Three 30 second holds on goal using both hands. On blobs I also do tosses and cleans as both warm up and warm down. Daniel Reinard's videos are the bomb. He has a tutorial for both pinch and blobs that I follow the training protocols to.

Stephen Ruby
Damn that was very impressive, great lifts. Very strong lifting regardless of the weight though, but extra strong considering how light you are.

For me it feels identical. I'd like to see your setup because it may be different from what I'm thinking, i.e. a deloader would feel different. Just pulling off a scale feels like pulling off the floor to me. If I'm only 1lb off there's a good chance that the plates are already off the floor, with just a corner touching the scale. For me, the thumb side plate touched even when the finger side was easy to lift. This doesn't feel too far from getting total clearance. Electron
Anybody reading this thread: Am I the only one in the lightest weight class range who can pull 2x35 right now? Just curious. Bruce White would've been able to do this while weighing 125lbs and in his 60s but lived until 2005. A strength legend... maybe would've done 2x45 even. Though I've no doubt that he'd be a beast at plate pinching in the traditional sense.
