1stCoC
How many out there have been lucky enough to have either tried or power cleaned them ( pair of loose York 35s)to the shoulder under control and not touching the body on the way up??????????If you try it is a very good feat but BE careful. Holding and catching at the shoulder is as hard as pulling them to height. I used 70-80 vintage York Olympic barbell plates in my work and attempts. Practice with lighter wights a lot first!!! Clean a pair of 45.s ( not deep dish) you ARE an animal!

I would like to clean a pair of 45s one day. Here is my video, clean and back down with good control. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_-437B3l9YM
