CANCRUSHER

Very nice!!

I had a question, are you going to attempt the ghp 9 with a 1.5" block set like Holle and Vogt, or just close it with a wide set or parrallel?

I was also wondering what your training routine is for grippers? And if you have tried any programs such as KTA? Or just do something like progressive resistance.

I have a question, do you ever post videos of your own, or just comment, slightly passive aggressively, on others?

Why would I post videos of myself? Not exactly world class like can crusher here.

And not in the least aggressive, very interested in cancrushers progress and a tad excited about it, hence all the questions.

Sorry you interpreted it as aggressive, definitely not my intention.

Excited at the prospect of the second ever ghp9 close.

Its comments like yours that would make someone leave the forum and take offence too, don't do that please. People don't have to post videos of themselves in order to enjoy this forum do they?

Can a moderator please confirm?

Sorry man, I didn't realize you were so sensitive.

I just happened to notice anytime somebody is closing super heavy grippers, especially a 4, you have a lot of comments about who else did this or how they did it or what set they used.

I'm by no means world class at ANYTHING, but I'm still happy to post up some videos of my progress rather than just stalking.

Mike that's you and that's great, but everyone is different...

I can close a ghp6 but don't really care about posting a video for it.

As for my comments, I get very into things and happen to remember everything,

Can't see anything wrong with this as I'm just speaking the truth and not making anything up.

Again me being aggressive and 'stalking' is just your opinion...not going to apologise for being a fan of the strongest grips in the world.

Cheers

I'll attempt the ghp 9 with a deep set first.

Talking about my grip routine can very a lot.I may train every day with light grippers or train once a week with my filed secret weapon.

But i always try to incorporate dynamic pinch works and heavy static holds with the IM wrist roller.

All supported by squat, bench and deadlift.
