What does a normal weeks training look like for you?

Madmardegan,

I change things up often but always a day or two of squats and various deads.

I am trying to get grippers going again about twice a week.

I can usually train pinch 3 times a week, seems like the volume with pinch works for me.

With pinch I have been training all widths and various implements.

Grip Topz(Half Penny,Stub),Plate,and lately lots of block pinching.

It looked too easy.

How do you set up the sets X reps for your grip training?
