That's a nasty close.

Adam Glass borrowed my 5/8" Elite for a while and never got it shut

It's a haaaard and uncomfortable gripper for sure.

nasty! crazy thumb pads you got bro!

Thanks man! Plus, when you're using a pony clamp or hitting over 60+lbs on the TTK, it tends to do that.

Make sure you can close a gripper rated around 165-167lbs, once that happens, you'll have no problem getting the MM2.

Wow incredible man you are probably not far from a 3.5 cert at your rate.

Hand width thumb to pinky 9.4 inches

Fist size around 11.5 inches

Thanks man but I haven't been really training for any coc certification at the moment, been working towards the MM3.

If I go for the #3.5, my training is going to get really crazy again attempting to get wider set closes. But I'll only go for the #3.5 once I can close a 190lb plus gripper.

That is awesome! Way to go. I have a 5/8 elite that I have never closed - probably never will. That sucker is painful! You have my respect, John.

Thanks man! I had the same thought about the gripper when I got it, but I just kept training to get bigger gripper closes; plus it's very nasty on the closing part.
