Absolutely fantastic day, even with the weather pouring down for quite a bit of it.

22 competitors in the British Grip Champs, which is the second biggest Brits ever.
Lots of great performances, and 3 world records too.
8 armwrestling supermatches too, and these were great.
I really liked how the grip event, and then a/w match worked.

Cheers.

Elizabeth is awesome.

This was a very big comp. We had about 50 people, which Elizabeth cooked all the food for.

She's the best!!

It was Eric.

But we tried to keep it going quickly; 6 grip events, 22 grip competitors, 8 x 'best of 5' supermatch armwrestles, 45 mins for dinner. Started at 11am, and finished about 6.30pm. And then the guys still did another hours worth of grip and armwrestling feats and training!

Great turnout!

That's lot of fun to pack into one day.
