Hafey
Hope i submitted this in the correct thread. I had a question regarding progression in the pinch lift at a commercial gym, I understand that there is an apparatus that is mainly used for such lift, however i'm a bit short of cash and i have access to a gym. At the moment i am currently repping a 20kg plate, quite easily. However im not sure how to progress from here and add weight to this plate. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. slazbob
I like this. Very nice Daniel ... That will help a lot of guys. When I trained to get the two 45's I picked up with two hands, and walked my hands around trying to go full-circle. When I did, I was able to lift them with one. Where do I get them magnets?

Here is a site I use for magnets www.kjmagnetics.com their Rubber and plastic coated magnets would be a better bet to use for the sake of durability hope this helps. Cheers does your gym have flat sided steel plates? does it have hex head dumbbells? does it have a landmine apparatus? much can be done at a commercial gym with a few of the right pieces of equipment.
