Stephen Ruby
This was my first bending workout since my last video upload-been busy with school and trying to heal up injuries and focusing more on cardio/lifting-. Its my 2nd 5/16 bar attempt, I did 10 60d common nails as warm up with one suede wrap and some gripper work. My camera was dying on me so it skips halfway into the video, so sorry about that this isn't a cert attempt anyways. My technique is still awful and I've been battling a virus all week so felt good to get a workout in at all. I have a training session coming up on 3/3 with Daniel Reinard in preparation for his contest on 4/20 so I hope to learn some pointers from him. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E5Et1lrzr3I&feature=youtu.be

daniel reinard
Yeah I don't see vids on the GB site when I use the iPad. But I see them when I use the droid phone. Really strong reverse bending dude. That is a wicked feat!

Stephen Ruby
Thanks everyone look forward to meeting you tex at the 4/20 contest also. I'm glad I got this bar since I wont be doing much bending now leading up to the contest since i have to bring up my thickbar and pinch strength as I have not trained them much before. I will try some reverse bending on the contest afterwards for fun though maybe a 500#+ bar if daniel has any.
