meduza
When you guys are doing 2hp, do you use to clean the euro or pinch block from chalk sometimes to get a better grip? And is there a special technique when you are grabing the euro/block like creating some sort of tension or hand placement? A lot of questions but i was able to hit 197.31 pounds some day ago and really starting to like the 2 hands pinch!
climber511
Do a search - we have a few threads already on here about technique etc and the 2HP. Depending on if it's rust or chalk what people do a far as cleaning it off goes. Usually I just use a towel and wipe off any excess.

I'm sorry but this is kind of funny in a way - I am pretty well known on the GripBoard as having absolutely no skills at all on computers - maybe even what might be called negative skills Perhaps someone here with better Grip Board Googlefoo can help you?
