Stephen Ruby
Not a huge piece of steel but this was first attempt with 5/16 bar my technique is bad but it was still fun. Moved it with reverse but couldn't move it at all DO at first which was strange, I re wrapped it and finished it DO but had to have it lower near my chest. Wrist is still bothering me a bit from a unrelated injury-bad power cleans-but still felt alright probably should have done some warm up bends. Anything I can do to help keep it higher under my chin like stretches? I'm on a diet now-plus lifting again- so figure losing weight will help also. Got it under 1 inch pretty sure only grade 2 though. Want to try grade 5 5/16 next in a few days then the bastard bar. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N4Knb55_VLM
jvance
good bend brother... 5/16 is serious business for reverse - definitely impressed due to the fact that it was single wrapped
Chez
Great Job. Bending in one IMP really hurts. You look like a real big strong dude.
