SaveFerris
Hey guys, been out of the Grip game for a while (long enough to have forgotten I actually had an account here, lol). My interest in hand and forearm strength has recently been sort of reinvigorated and in particular, I'm looking for a wrist roller. I remember seeing a particular one years ago that was designed to slip on the end of a barbell so that sets could be done without having to hold it up yourself, so that it focused solely on the forearms and not the shoulders. Does this sound familiar to anyone? Can anyone point me in the right direction here?

Guest Squat More
PVC pipe, some good test rope, bit of duct tape, and you're set.
