Unknown Exercise, Who Can Fill Me In?

I have been doing the exercise below with my toes underneath my sofa - I know I am combining two exercises (front extension and backward extension) but I have no idea what either of them are called. I been trying to find them on google but to no avail. All I know is that they allow me to isolate my quads and hamstrings when practicing my muscle control stuff.

The first part is usually called a poor man's glute ham raise. The bending over backwards part is not really an exercise but is normally used as a quad and shin stretch.

It is pretty tough. I was thinking of putting a bar across the bottom of my door frame to hook my foot under - that way I can go a lot further back (after I have got the strength for it). It feels like it would put some decent mass on the legs, any input on this?

@Cannon - It's a .wmv file which I uploaded to Gallery first. Don't know why you can't view it.

Does it look like this (I can't view the video either)

Yeah, that's the one - but on the way back up, I extend backwards too - trying to touch my head on my feet. I just hook my feet under the sofa and remove the seat part so I can get lower.
