Does anyone know a good routine for improving elbow tendinitis?

Starting to get pain in my upper forearm near the elbow when I do support grip movements

I just saw this post, how's the status right now? Basically I have the same now, got it from thickbarwork, especially my lefty.

What I do is pressing my arm against the wall with a ball or Fatgripz in between and really pressing, so that it hurts. Just for recovery stimulation.

Besides that leverwork with a dumbbell loaded on one side, app. 7 or 8 lbs, specially working the upper forearm (extensors).

Personally I do a lot of what Devon Larratt calls “hand yoga” where I am constantly stretching my hands and wrists every way I can, doing high rep training for circulation, and either weighted towel, low resistance band, or sand bucket hand rotation for a few minutes at a time. Super light though again it’s just to get blood pumping to those tendons and ligaments so they’ll heal faster
