Question About This Routine

so i made myself a routine with grippers i have a question

2 sets warm up in sport gripper

3 sets 12 reps in no.1 gripper

ok this is my question i want to add two last sets something like this.......

2 last sets overcrush or holds i mean Take something like a piece of paper and hold the gripper close till this fall

What do you prefer overcrush or holds in 2 last sets?

I always liked doing holds because it made you squeeze with everything you had to keep the paper or coin in there. Plus, you can keep trying to best your past times as a way to improve.

This grip stuff will make you a god damned sexual Tyrannosaurus, just like me.

Theres a lot of different things you can do. I think that doing 3 sets of 12 in the beginning of your workout is not the best thing to do. I think you should start by hitting some heavy singles. then maybe hit a couple negatives. Then you should go to your volume (10+ reps MMS).
