Terms and conditions of I World Championship armliftingu

World Armlifting Association.

1. Goals and Objectives

- Identification of the strongest athletes in Russia, Europe, Worldwide.

- Implementation of classification standards.

- Recording the new record in Russia, Europe, the world according to WAA.

- Promotion of power sports like mass and entertainment for young people.

- Competitions are held under the theme "Healthy youth - a strong Russia!"

- Promotion of a non-smoker and sober lifestyle.

- Formation of prestige sports activities among young people, as a consequence of the formation of the prestige of a healthy lifestyle.

- The successful socialization and effective self-realization of young people to develop their potential in Russia's interests in the State Youth Policy in the Russian Federation.

- The development of mass sports in Russia, as a priority, set the President of the Russian government Vladimir Putin.

- Implementation of federal target program "Development of physical culture and sports in Russia in 2006-2015.."

- The event is a project of healthy lifestyle and is part of the Priority National Project "Health".

2. Time and Place

Competitions are held 01 - 02 October 2011. Culture Center "Ural", which is located at: Russia, Ekaterinburg, ul.Studencheskaya

Day of arrival and weighing October 1, 2011. Competition on October 2. Schedule of speakers will be drawn on the basis of preliminary applications and is available on the official website of the WAA.: Www.armlifting.ru

3. Competitors

To participate in the competition the sportsmen from all over the world, at least 13 years since the credentials committee and weigh with a passport and a photocopy of it, insurance.

4. Judging

For referees are allowed only by licensed judges WAA

5. Terms of summarizing

Competitions are held on the handle «Rolling Thunder», according to competition rules WAA in the following weight and age categories:

AGE CATEGORY:

Juniors 14-21 years

Males 22 -39 years

Women, all ages

Veterans, 40 years and older

WEIGHT CATEGORIES:

Juniors: 60kg, 70kg, 90kg and +90 kg

Men: 70kg, 90kg, 110kg and 110 kg

Female: 60kg and +60 kg.

Veterans: 90kg and +90 kg.

The winner in the individual event in each weight class and overall winner is determined by the highest weight at an elevated «Rolling Thunder».

6. Awards:

All athletes will be awarded certificates of participants of the World Championship

Athletes who took 1-3 places in each weight category will be awarded commemorative medals and diplomas.

Athletes who took 1-3 places in the Absolute Championship will be awarded commemorative cups and diplomas, as well as cash prizes.

When sponsors fund-raising, there are other prizes.

The entry fee for participation for filing a preliminary application: 1000.

8. Financing.

The costs of secondment, accommodation and meals for participants and their coaches take on the sending organizations or participants themselves.
