Caroso Posted September 9, 2011 Author Posted September 9, 2011 Only gripper work today. Warmup with CoC 1,1.5,2 and 2.5 CoC 3 right, 2.5 left hand attempt 10x1 choked and filed CoC 2, focusing on explosive power 5x1 CoC 3 right, 2.5 left hand attempt 10x1 BTR negative holds, Vulcan black spring, level 4-5 right 4-4 left, 5+ min rest between sets. I will try one level higher on the Vulcan next time if i can hold it shut. The negatives i'm doing with the Vulcan is very different from when i'm doing negatives with CoC. I close the gripper completely then wrap my fingers around as good as i can and hold it until it opens up about 2cm. Vulcan with extended handle welded on Quote
