ChrisJames
Training in the garage as usual with my two sons and my Dad. My father who is now 68 years old and weighs about 180 pulled 450 for a double completely raw ,with no belt either. My oldest son Dan who is now over 6'6 and weighs 260 lbs , cleaned 200 lbs on the 2.6 inch barbell , front grip deadlift with the same bar 275 lb , bent a 8mm thick x 150 mm long bolt , pinched 80lb with one hand and then shut the No 2 for a double. Dan by the way as just turned 16 year old. My youngest son who turned 11 a couple of weeks ago , squatted 70 kg olympic style for 5 x 5 , snatched 35kg , clean and jerked 55 kg and pinched 25kg with one hand. Looks like i'll be bottom of the pile very shortly !!

Then we'll know his true Grip potential. I'm just joking. Your entire family is strong!! Your father at 68 pulling 450x2 completely raw is awesome!!! Wow, talk about keeping strength while aging. And at 180lbs too!!! Very very nice. Now that's a good long-term goal for young people like me, I can't even do that now!! That's inspiring. And your boys sure are lucky to have both the genes and family tradition of lifting heavy... they are bound to become monsters unless they lose interest! Nice to hear about them Chris!!
