therealstud
Bear --> yeah, just did some on my #2 filled gripper. Was wondering if it would help to file my #2,5..
Bearcat 74
Always use a heavier gripper if you can. A #2.5 with 5lbs will better than a #2 with 15lbs.
Cannon
Nice attempts! Is that one of those halloween tattoo sleeves?
GatorGrip
It sure wouldn't hurt to do over crushes on a beyond the range 2.5, wish you had a gripper only a bit under the #3 to do that to and that would surely get that last measurement closed. Your getting closer and closer with your grip training are you doing any particular program of training or like me and just squeeze something when it strikes you? therealstud
Canon --> thats right, helps me keep my forearms warm during grip training.. Gator -> Not any specific routine, but alot of pinch, levering and crush... been chasing #3 for so long, so hope i will get it this year...
