ATK
Is there any benefit in straightening the bent nails? I bent all of my D60 nails to within 2", but can only straighten them to 90 degrees... Seems like its a lot harder to undo the damage, lol.
Joefrey
It's technicaly useless !
GatorGrip
I have broken a few 60d nails in the past and it is a hell of a workout some were just brutal and didn't want to break. You got to get something out of it by just working the hands and arms so hard but I had one take a good chunk of skin out of my middle finger so it may not be worth the risk. ATK
Definitely a whole body work out for me, lol! Its a struggle. I do suppose it helps a little with grip strength... Gator! I definitely had an idea of bending it back and forth to break it in mind, haha.
Shoggoth
I like it occasionally to work the wrists, bending them back and forth breaking them that is. Kinda fun to
David_wigren
I use 1/4 CRS that I bend back and forth to warm up for DU and reverse bends. I will sometimes use 5/16 and bigger stuff as a warm up for braced bending. Just bending a 7" red back and forth on the leg is a good warmup for horseshoe bending
ATK
I saw some videos of people breaking a D60 into 3 pieces. Insane! I want to do that some day.
