Stuff From An Antique Shop

Got one 9 pound shot-put a few months ago at an antique shop in Prescott Az. Found a matching one yesterday at the same shop! :mosher They were only $10. I can rotate them slowly like dexterity balls. I have a lot of room for improvement. When I drop them they scare that poor dog (Sammy) in the background. :ohmy

This was bought at the same antique shop as the shot-put. I didn’t know what it was but it seemed perfect to put a 1" bar through and add weight to. It is just shy of the inch dumbbell in thickness its 2.18"

Plus it has a flat spot shown in the photo with manufacturer information

I looked up the info and found that it is part of a big dent puller.

Dude, that dumbbell looks awesome. Petula is where they used to have wrist wrestling championships. You might have found a valuable prize there...

Love old school toys and those that are made into grip implements out of other devices.

That is very interesting that Petaluma is where Arm Wrestling was a big thing. The thing is for sure part of a heavy dent puller, a big one at that @ 9 lbs. I think it’s strange to find it in an antique shop. The depressing thing is my Star Wars toys are in antique shops now. :cry
