wolfguard Posted November 16, 2010 Posted November 16, 2010 I feel this is right place to put this. I have no real place to attach the blast straps I bought awhile ago and am in need of something to attach them to. Nothing in the house will work (as my family will not allow it, dont ask) So i need to build something for this. I also would like to find a way to make me be able to attach a wrist roller to it to. Any ideas of how to do this without having to weld and be able to support 250ish lbs of weight (as that is probably how much will be used when the weighted vest comes in total) Quote
AP Posted November 16, 2010 Posted November 16, 2010 Wood. Somebody just put up a pic of a wood wrist roller setup. If you have the space wood is cheap, easy to work with, and strong. I wouldn't make a power rack out of wood unless you really know what you're doing but anything else is fair game. Quote Pastrami on Wry

AP Posted November 17, 2010 Posted November 17, 2010 this is good http://www.home-gym-...power-rack.html and this http://www.google.co...%26tbs%3Disch:1 They did a really great job on the rack, the holes though would be a nightmare for me. Of course like I said this is much harder than just a structure to hold blast straps and bodyweight, which should be easy even for me. 2nd link doesn't work. Quote Pastrami on Wry
